These terms cover use of this independent Loomlabels website and how design previews relate to custom orders.
The site
Content, prices and tools on this site are for planning custom woven labels, printed labels, hangtags and patches. Studio previews are illustrative — not production proofs.
Quotes & orders
Starting prices in the design studios are estimates. A binding order is formed only when we confirm specifications, pricing and you approve production (typically after a digital proof). Payment terms are agreed in the order confirmation.
Your artwork
You confirm you have the rights to use logos and text you submit. We use your artwork solely to produce and support your order.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt hosting, or submit unlawful content. We may refuse projects we cannot legally or practically manufacture.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Loomlabels is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this informational site. Custom goods are covered by the order confirmation and our refunds policy.
